Product Description

ZX chemical self-priming pump is a horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, and the product implements the GB5656 standard. It is designed by the latest hydraulic model and self-priming pump structure developed by foreign countries in the 90s. Working Principle

ZX chemical self-priming pump is an externally mixed self-priming pump, with a liquid reservoir (chamber A), a gas-water separation chamber (chamber B) and a return hole on the pump body. When the pump is working, the impeller uses the liquid in the liquid storage chamber to suck the gas in the pump inlet pipeline into the pump and separates the gas and water in the gas-water separation chamber, and the gas is discharged through the pump outlet. When the pump inlet line reaches a certain vacuum level, the liquid is sucked up. ZX chemical self-priming pump adopts a rear pull structure, and there is no need to disassemble the pump inlet and outlet pipelines during maintenance. The impeller adopts a balance hole to balance the axial force, and the shaft seal can be sealed with packing or a variety of single and double-end mechanical seals.
