ES Series pumps are Horizontal Single-stage End-suction Centrifugal pump,with application of transferring clean water and the liquid with similar physical and chemical characters as warer but without solid particle,and widely used in water supply and drainage for factory,mine,city and also fire-fighting and field irrigation system.
The hydraulic performance can be adjusted by impeller cutting for different requests.Normal rotation speed is 1450 RPM & 2900RPM. If pumps need to be operated on maximum rotation speed 3550RPM (60Hz power supply or connected with gasoline or diesel engine), technical support on impeller diameter change is available.
ES Pump has simple structure,reliable performance, compact size,low weight,excellent anti-cavitation, low power consumption and convenient maintenance.
Suitable medium temperature is -10~85ºC;Nominal working pressure is 1.0MPa.If working pressure is 1.6MPa or even higher,please note that for pump selection and order.

STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
See the figure for the structure.
This pump consists of pump casing, impeller, pump cover, suspension body and shaft etc. components. It is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump and both p ump casing and cover are separated from the back side of the impeller, that is the back-door structural form. For most of the pumps, a seal ring is set in both front and back of the impeller to make a balance action on the axial force of the rotor. There are soft packing seal and mechanical seal, make a note at order.
